From forest-foraged flavors to iconic seafood dishes, you’ll experience the rugged beauty and warmth of Alaskan hospitality through a thoughtfully curated menu.
On the Menu:
- Smoked Salmon Dip on Crostini: Creamy, smoky, and brimming with flavor, this appetizer celebrates Alaska’s most famous catch.
- Brown Sugar Salmon over Seasoned Rice: Learn how to prepare perfectly glazed wild-caught salmon, served over aromatic rice for a comforting for a satisfying main course.
- Baked Alaska: End on a dramatic note with this show-stopping dessert—fluffy meringue, velvety ice cream, and cake, all torched to golden perfection.

What to expect:
Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.
Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase.
You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.
No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.
Closed toe shoes encouraged.
Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. This will vary by instructor and you will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes will be refunded.
