- Welcome Bite: Begin your journey with a taste of the forest—spruce tip jelly paired with crisp spruce tip crackers (provided). It’s a fragrant, citrusy nod to Alaska’s lush wilderness.
- Smoked Salmon Dip on Crostini: Creamy, smoky, and brimming with flavor, this appetizer celebrates Alaska’s most famous catch.
- Brown Sugar Sockeye Salmon over Seasoned Rice: Learn how to prepare perfectly glazed wild-caught sockeye salmon, served over aromatic rice for a comforting and satisfying main course.
