Step into the charm of a French countryside kitchen for an unforgettable evening of elegant flavors and time-honored techniques.

On the menu:

Brie en croute – creamy Brie wrapped and baked in golden puff pastry

Coq au vin blanc – a white wine-braised chicken dish

And for dessert:

Creme brûlée – velvety custard topped with a perfectly crackled, caramelized sugar

All of our classes are hands-on, and are about three hours long. Tickets are per-person. For two people, you must purchase 2 tickets.
