This class is all about bold flavors and culinary flair! In just a few hours, you’ll master our approachable version of the iconic Beef Wellington—perfectly crisp puff pastry wrapped around savory steak with mushroom duxelles (trust us, it’s seriously addictive).
But that’s just the beginning. Together we’ll create a full menu designed to impress:
- Fresh & Vibrant Salad – a refreshing balance to the meal
- Beef Wellington Turnovers – paired with a sweet chili wine sauce for a modern twist
- Bananas Foster – finished with a fiery flambé that will light up the room
This class combines hands-on technique with a dash of theater, giving you skills to wow guests and confidence to recreate these dishes at home.

What to Expect |Â
Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.
Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase.
You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.
No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.
Closed toe shoes encouraged.
Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. This will vary by instructor and you will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes will be refunded.
