It’s a SPARKLING NIGHT at THE 1889!
If you love bubbles, bread, and a good excuse to treat yourself, this class was practically made for you. Join us for an effervescent evening featuring six new and unique sparkling wines — Champagne, bubbly rosé, Prosecco, and a few delightful surprises you probably haven’t met yet.
We’ll sip, swirl, compare, and laugh our way through each pour while pairing them with handcrafted sourdough, flavored olive oils, velvety balsamics, and a lineup of fun little desserts that make bubbles shine even brighter.
You’ll learn:
- What makes each bubbly unique
- The stories behind the makers
- How to pair sparkling wines with food so flavors pop, dance, and occasionally high‑five each other
- Why bubbles make everything feel like a celebration (even Thursday!)
This is not a stiff, swirl‑and‑sniff wine class. This is a sparkling adventure — delicious, social, a little indulgent, and absolutely worth putting on your calendar.
