Step into the French countryside for an evening of rustic elegance and unforgettable flavors!
We’ll create a beautifully balanced three-course meal that celebrates the simplicity and richness of French cuisine.
Start with Gougères—light, airy cheese puffs made with pâte à choux and bursting with Gruyère. These irresistible bites are the perfect way to kick off your French culinary journey.
Then it’s on to the main event: Ratatouille. You’ll learn how to prepare this classic Provençal dish from scratch, layering fresh summer vegetables and herbs into a dish that’s as stunning as it is satisfying.
To finish, we’ll whip up a refreshing and elegant Crème Fraîche Berry Dessert, combining tangy cream with sweet seasonal berries for a light and lovely finale.
