Step into the heart of Italian cuisine with this immersive culinary experience where you’ll learn to craft fresh pasta dough and shape it into delicate, handcrafted tortellini. Perfect for food lovers of all skill levels, this class blends technique, tradition, and indulgent flavor.
On the Menu:
- Classic Bruschetta – A fresh and vibrant appetizer with ripe tomatoes, basil, and toasted bread
- Homemade Tortellini with Rose Sauce – Learn to roll, fill, and fold pasta by hand, then pair it with a creamy tomato sauce
- Cannolis – Crisp pastry shells filled with sweet ricotta cream, the perfect finish to your Italian feast

We always cook in groups of 2 unless you request a larger group.
Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase on site.
No need to bring anything with you – everything for class is provided.
