Saddle up because the rodeo’s in town! Join us for a night of bold flavors, big laughs, and good old‑fashioned cowboy cooking.
We’re trading the campfire for the kitchen—but keeping all the swagger.
You’ll chop, sear, and stir your way through a menu that would make any ranch hand tip their hat.
On the Menu
Cowboy Caviar A boot‑scootin’ blend of fresh veggies, beans, and zingy dressing—proof that cowboys do eat their vegetables… as long as they taste this good.
Cowboy Steak with Ranch Butter & Mashed Potatoes A hearty, high‑noon showdown of sizzling steak, velvety mashed potatoes, and a ranch‑butter drizzle that’ll have you hollerin’ “Yeehaw!” before the first bite.
Cowboy Hat Cream Cheese Mints Sweet, creamy little treats shaped like the most iconic accessory on the prairie. They’re cute, they’re delicious, and they’re the only hats you’ll want to eat.

What to Expect |
Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.
Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase.
You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.
No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.
Closed toe shoes encouraged.
Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. This will vary by instructor and you will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes will be refunded.
