It’s Date Night at The 1889 so grab someone you’ll love to cook with (even if it’s just a friend!) because we’re making STEAK DIANE!
This famous dish features sirloin steak in a cream sauce with shallots, mushrooms, herbs & seasoning that we flambé (that means we light it on fire!).
Full menu includes:
- Salad
- Steak Diane with potatoes
- Flourless Chocolate Cake with Amaretto Cream
