In this class Somali heat meets Mexican street!
To create this Somali/Mexican fusion will use a flavor-packed sambusa meat recipe, make quick-pickled red onions, fresh pico de gallo, & handcraft our own flour tortillas.
Cocadas- Mexican Coconut Candies will be our sweet treat to finish off the night.
