Learn to make Gluten Free Pizza using Caputo Flour from Italy.

This recipe is famous in Naples and the Italians love this flour.

Your dough will be pre-made for the pizza and you will make a dough of your own to take home (requires overnight resting).

We will cook our pizzas on the Ooni Pizza Steels for a soft chewy crust. You’re going to love it if you’re gluten free!

All of our classes are hands-on, and are about three hours long. Tickets are per-person. For two people, you must purchase 2 tickets.
