It’s summer and there’s no better time to learn to cook on the Big Green Egg! We’re keeping it local to create a great meal that highlights regional ingredients.
On the Menu:
Bison Burgers with all the fixins!
Seasoned Potato Wedges
Cherries Jubilee ( Flambe!) over ND vanilla ice cream
This meal can be adjusted to be gluten free (the only item not GF is the bun – so easy to change!).

- Doors open 15 minutes prior to class
- Wine and cocktails available for purchase
- Cooking in groups of 2, unless otherwise requested
