Start with the essentials—how to safely and efficiently chop, dice, and slice and more like a pro—then put those skills to delicious use with a trio of vibrant recipes:

- Pear & Cranberry Galette
Brand new to the kitchen or looking to refine your technique? This class is all about building confidence, flavor, and fun.
Come hungry—and leave with skills you’ll use for a lifetime.

What to Expect |Â
Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.
Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase.
You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.
No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.
Closed toe shoes encouraged.
Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. This will vary by instructor and you will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes will be refunded.
