Sharpen your skills–literally–in this hands-on class that combines essential kitchen techniques with a beautifully rustic Italian-inspired menu. Learn how to safely and efficiently chop, slice and dice like a pro. We’ll also teach you different knife holds, placing your guiding hand and how to properly use your chef knife.
You’ll build a vibrant salad, prepare flavorful bruschetta and for a sweet finish, you’ll work with puff pastry to craft delicate apple roses.
