Meal Prep Basics

Come armed with food storage containers and leave with several individual meals for the week. Learn to take basic ingredients like chicken and rice and create a variety of flavorful, balanced meals.
Menu may include Bang Bang Chicken, Tuscan Chicken Bowls, Burrito Bowls, and Honey Lemon Chicken. As a bonus we will sample some sweet and savory snacks that are full of nutrients to keep you feeling your best.
Please bring your own meal prep containers. We do have containers onsite for purchase.
