Whether you’re honoring family traditions or discovering this Scandinavian favorite for the first time, this class will guide you through the entire process of making lefse from scratch.

Using time-honored methods and tools, you’ll gain the confidence to recreate lefse at home and share it with loved ones. Expect flour on your apron, warmth in your heart, and plenty of delicious samples along the way.

Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.
Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase.
You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.
No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.
Closed toe shoes encouraged.
