Step into our kitchen and learn how to prepare a stunning, dinner-party worthy meal that blends classical techniques with elegant flavors. In this hands-on class, you’ll begin by wrapping fresh salmon in puff pastry to create a beautiful Salmon en Croute. Next, you’ll craft a silky, citrusy pasta al limone, brightened with lemon and tossed with tender asparagus, perfect for spring and summer gatherings. For dessert, layer a lovely Black Forest parfait, combining chocolate, cherries and whipped cream.
