Taste your way through six conversation‑starting white wines—new and unique, chosen especially for this event. We’ll pair them with artisan cheeses, fresh and dried fruits, nuts, and a few surprises along the way.
Get ready to find your new favorite combo. Try bold pairings, compare notes with your table, and channel your inner sommelier as you discover how the right bite can totally change a sip.
We’ll break down the “flavor star,” talk about what really complements white wines, and play with pairings that bring out unexpected notes.
Wine experts from Johnson Brothers and cheese pros from Creative Kitchen will be floating around to answer questions, while The 1889 leads you through each delicious match‑up. It’s relaxed, tasty, and just adventurous enough to keep things interesting.
Fall in love with something? Order the wines you adored through Bernie’s and grab the cheeses you can’t stop thinking about from Creative Kitchen on your way out.
