Discover the art and science of baking with yeast in this beginner-friendly class! Whether you’re brand new to bread baking or looking to sharpen your skills, we will guide you through the fundamentals. Learn the difference between lean doughs (simple, rustic breads) and enriched doughs (soft, sweet breads).

This class will give you a solid foundation to bake a variety of loaves at home.

What You’ll Do
  • Mix, knead, and shape a classic French baguette using lean dough techniques
  • Create tender, flavorful sweet rolls with enriched dough
  • Gain confidence in working with yeast, proofing, and baking to perfection

What to Expect | 

Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.

Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase.

You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.

No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.

Closed toe shoes encouraged.

Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. This will vary by instructor and you will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes will be refunded.

All of our classes are hands-on, and are about three hours long. Tickets are per-person. For two people, you must purchase 2 tickets.
