This hands‑on cooking class brings the heart of Italian comfort food straight into the kitchen, blending rustic flavors, simple techniques, and a whole lot of amore. Chop, simmer, and swirl your way through a menu that feels like it came from a countryside trattoria.
On the Menu
Bruschetta | Crispy toasted bread piled high with fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil—an iconic Italian starter.
Tuscan Chicken | Golden, pan‑seared chicken nestled in a creamy, tomato and herb‑infused sauce, served over perfectly cooked North Dakota pasta. It’s rich, comforting, and impossibly satisfying.
Lemon Mousse | A light, silky, citrus‑kissed dessert that brings the perfect bright finish to your Tuscan feast.

What to Expect |
Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.
Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase.
You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.
No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.
Closed toe shoes encouraged.
Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. This will vary by instructor and you will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes will be refunded.
