Knife Skills 101

10:00 am - 12:00 pmWe’ll focus on the basics including different cuts (chop, slice, mince, dice, & chiffonade), proper grip, and knife care — all while making two delicious dishes (an Italian salad & bruschetta).
This class can be modified to be gluten free, but cross contamination is possible.
