Join us for a hands-on experience where we’ll make traditional lefse from scratch using the cherished Sylte Family Recipe—lovingly adapted to be gluten-free without sacrificing flavor or texture. Whether you’re new to lefse or a seasoned roller, you’ll learn techniques for mixing, rolling, and grilling this soft, potato-based flatbread to perfection.
