- Mashed Potatoes & Gravy – Creamy, savory, and the perfect pairing
- Danish Apple Slaw – Crisp, refreshing, and beautifully balanced
- Kvæfjordkake (Norwegian Celebration Cake) – Often called “the world’s best cake,” this layered delight features meringue, vanilla cream, and almonds

Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.
We always cook in groups of 2 unless you request a larger group.
Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase on site.
No need to bring anything with you – everything for class is provided.
