GLUTEN FREE SQUASH RAVIOLI & BROWN BUTTER SAGE SAUCE | Craft delicate gluten free ravioli from scratch, filled with roasted squash. Then, elevate the dish with a fragrant sage-infused brown butter sauce.
GLUTEN FREE MINI CARROT CAKES | Finish on a sweet note with a moist, spiced carrot cake topped with cream cheese frosting.

We always cook in teams of 2 unless you request to cook in a larger group.
No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.
